2022 DONATION ART FOR THE CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITALS WIP02

Here’s a look at the second painting process for this year’s donation piece for the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals featuring Daimyo Boba Fett from Tamashii Nations Meisho Movie Realization Series.

I began by painting the top green helmet area first and then move down to the forehead area. From there, I moved down to the bottom portion of the helmet. Then, I moved to painting the rocket sections to complete all the green sections. With all the green section finished up, I moved on to painting the maroon sections and then the silver sections. Lastly, I darkened some of the shadows throughout and then brightened some of the highlights areas to complete this painting process.

Here is a glimpse of this year’s donation piece for the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals featuring Daimyo Boba Fett from Tamashii Nations Meisho Movie Realization Series.

This year I decided to render the donation artwork on Canson Steel Gray Illustration Board.

On this first process of my creative process, I pencilled in the figure first and then moved on to outlining the whole figure with Faber-Castell PITT Artist Pens. Once the outlining was done, I filled in the solid black areas with Liquitex Matt Black paint. Looking forward to starting the painting process next of this donation piece.

Inktober Day 29 – Todays #uniquetober 29 prompt is Forever Knight. This is my of my all time favorite tv series. I remember the only time you could watch this series was in the early morning hours on CBS.
